The Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature (T.I.S.L.) was introduced to Stephen by his friend Annie Laurie Crane. T.I.S.L. would become a very important part of Stephen's college years. He would become lifelong friends with the delegates that he attended T.I.S.L. with. By
his last year at T.I.S.L., Stephen was a honored by becoming a
member of the Governor's Staff, serving as webmaster. He has often
said that the T.I.S.L. weekends are some of the most fun he can
recall from his days of attending Union University. |
