Ellis 10 is the dorm room that Stephen Phillips first moved into in August of 1995 as freshman at Union University. His first year at Union, Stephen lived with Ronnie Geary, Chad Lamb and another guy whose name Stephen can't remember. Those were the first in a long series of roommates that chose to share their lives with Stephen. The room had been recently renovated when Stephen and his roommates first moved in. He and Ronnie Geary took it upon themselves to decorate Ellis 10 to the best of their abilities. This culminated with the construction of Sears-O-Vision, a video wall composed of 5 televisions linked together with VCR's, Playstation, Nintendos, plus much more. Stephen
would ultimately live with Matt Tipton, Brian Hoesel, Josh Tirey and
Jarred Morgan in Ellis 10 before moving to Barton 11 in the winter
of 1996. |
