Responsibilities include various aspects of research and preparations for proposal documents, art direction, strong organizational skills, and presentation materials to secure new business opportunities for PBS&J, an international architectural/engineering firm. Each proposal and presentation representet approx. $1 million in potential new business projects for the company. During my tenure, selections, under my supervision, resulted in over a billion dollars in new work for PBS&J. Successful proposals and presentations included projects and assignments for the Department of Defense, Tennessee Department of Transportation, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, (the world’s largest airport), George Bush Intercontinental Airport/Houston, and other government/private owned facilities.

Responsible for the production of 250+ custom websites for financial institutions as well as various entertainment properties. Personally created new Internet products, generating thousands of dollars in recurring monthly revenue. Managed a team of 10-15 website developers. Educated development team on production protocol, design, HTML code, compliance, and quality assurance. Clients included Dreamworks SKG, Kenny Chesney, CMA Awards, Toby Keith, various financial institutions, Thomas-Nelson, and Lifeway Christian Bookstores.

Directly responsible for the transformation of the image of one multi-million dollar company into the presence of an entire medical network.
